Loewe app

The Loewe app allows you to simply control all Loewe TVs in your home network. You can zap easily through your channels. The electronic program guide gives an overview and background info about running and upcoming shows – and with a tap you can record your favorite ones.

Your smartphone or tablet becomes a mobile TV with the Loewe app. You can carry live shows and recordings within your local network everywhere you want.

Compatibility

The Loewe app works with all up-to-date Loewe TV chassis SL2xx (at least Software v2.4.54) SL3xx and SL4xx (at least Software v4.1.24). It has a restricted support of Loewe TVs chassis SL15x (Software v8.43.x). Loewe TV's chassis SL12x are not supported by the app. Take a look at your Loewe TV’s sticker on the back or within its system settings. Functions marked with a (*) require a Loewe Feature Stick – available on www.loewe.tv

(**) Encrypted channels can‘t be streamed with the app, due to legal limitations. The render quality of the stream depends on the network speed, network signal and may be affected by old smartphones or tablets.

(***) Mobile Recording has to be activated in the Loewe TV's system settings first.

Parts of our software are subject to the following licenses: OpenSSL (OSSL), Original SSLeay License (OSSLL), LodePNG, Independent JPEG Group License (IJGL), FreeType License (FTL), GNU Lesser General Public License Version 2.1 (LGPLv2.1), GNU Library General Public License Version 2 (LGPLv2).

Services provided by Gracenote® are used. The terms of use are described in the Gracenote® End User License Agreement below.
